Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances. ddk33 targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals submitted before 10:00 PM BST, though processing times may vary.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not possible ddk33 will contact the player to arrange an alternative method following satisfactory identity verification.
- ddk33 may require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is successfully completed.
- Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not satisfied the rollover conditions will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
ddk33 offers a welcome bonus to newly registered players and periodic promotional bonuses to existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specified on the relevant promotion page. Where general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms conflict, the specific promotion's terms prevail.
- All bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not real-money funds. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on each individual promotion page.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited time from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and any associated free spins not used within the validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
- ddk33 bonuses are for personal recreational use only. Any player found exploiting bonuses — through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or arbitrage play — will have bonuses voided and the account reviewed for suspension.

- ddk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, ddk33 will credit any portion of the promotion already legitimately earned by that player prior to cancellation.
